Our facilities are divided into two factories, one for mozzarella production and the other for processed and analogue cheeses. Covering approximately 15,000 m2, the factory allows for both frozen and chilled storage of our products.
With on-site laboratory analysis as well as a pilot plant and NPD kitchen for product testing, we are equipped to replicate the same conditions of the factory floor for NPD projects. As part of our commitment to the environmental awareness, we have 2 water treatment plants for both biological and physio-chemical testing. However, none of this would make sense if it were not for our customers, for whom our doors are always open to come and visit our facilities to see our products and learn about the production process, as well as carrying out testing in our R&D kitchen with a view to continuously improving in order to offer products of the highest possible quality standards.
